How do I book?

All consultations and treatments are booked online through Jane.app. You can request a time that works for you, and Caitlin confirms within 24 hours. A card on file is required to hold the appointment, but nothing is charged at booking.

Do you take walk-ins?

No. The studio runs by appointment only. Every visit is booked in advance so your time is genuinely yours and the schedule holds for the person after you.

How long is a consultation?

Plan on 30 to 60 minutes for a first visit, depending on what we are discussing. We go through goals, history, and contraindications, then walk through realistic options. There is no pressure to treat the same day.

How much does a treatment cost?

It depends on what you actually need, and that is not a dodge. Injectables are priced per unit or per syringe, so the total comes down to your anatomy and how many areas we are treating. Someone asking about their forehead and their elevens may need sixty units rather than ten, and quoting a number before seeing your face in motion would be a guess. Book a consultation and you leave with an assessment and real numbers.

What payment methods do you accept?

American Express, MasterCard, Visa, and cash. There is a 4% surcharge on credit card transactions. A valid card is kept on file to secure your appointment.

What is your cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

A valid card is kept on file to hold your appointment and nothing is charged at booking. Cancelling or rescheduling requires at least 48 hours notice. If you do not arrive without prior notice, a non-refundable fee of $75 is charged to the card on file. If you arrive more than 20 minutes late we may need to reschedule you, and the same $75 fee applies. The full policy is on the policies page.

What are dermal fillers?

Dermal fillers replenish areas of the face by reducing the appearance of wrinkles and restoring lost volume. The popular ones (Juvederm, Restylane, Versa) are made from hyaluronic acid, a sugar molecule that naturally occurs in skin and binds water. Each filler has a different viscosity and lift, so we choose the one that fits the specific area.

How do dermal fillers work?

Filler is injected through a fine needle or cannula into the skin to restore volume and structural integrity where tissue has shifted or thinned. Common areas include the lips for shape and symmetry, the cheeks for support, the chin for proportion, and nasolabial and marionette folds for smoothing.

Does it hurt?

Most patients describe it as a quick pinch. We use topical numbing, and most fillers contain lidocaine for additional comfort during the treatment.

You will see an immediate change, and the final result continues to refine over the next two to four weeks as the filler integrates and swelling resolves.

How long do dermal fillers last?

Depending on the product, the area treated, and how your body metabolizes it, results can last anywhere from six months to two years. Maintenance keeps results consistent over time.

What is the difference between Botox, Dysport, and Daxxify?

All three are neuromodulators that temporarily relax targeted muscles to reduce dynamic lines. They differ in onset speed, spread, and how long they last. Dysport tends to onset faster, Daxxify tends to last longer for many patients. We choose based on your goals and prior experience.

It is a 1 out of 5 on most patients' pain scales. The needles are extremely fine.

There is minimal to no downtime. Mild redness usually fades within an hour. Bruising can happen and may last a few days. We recommend a two-week buffer before special events.

Dysport typically starts to take effect at 4 to 5 days post-injection, with maximum results around 10 to 14 days. Botox and Daxxify follow similar timing.

Generally 2.5 to 4 months for Botox and Dysport. Daxxify often lasts longer. Repeat treatments are needed for continued effect.

When should I avoid a neuromodulator?

Do not receive neuromodulators if you are allergic to any ingredient, have had a previous reaction to a botulinum toxin, have an active skin infection at the planned site, are pregnant or nursing, or have a neuromuscular disease such as ALS, myasthenia gravis, or Lambert-Eaton syndrome. Always disclose autoimmune conditions and current medications.

What areas does Sculptra treat?

Sculptra is approved to soften shallow to deep wrinkles and folds, including nasolabial folds, marionette lines, and chin wrinkles. We also use it off-label for restoring overall facial volume and skin quality over the long term.

On average, two to three sessions spaced over a few months. Your treatment plan will be specific to your collagen baseline and goals.

Sculptra works gradually. Expect noticeable change over three to six months, with results that can last up to two years. A few days after each treatment, you may look very close to baseline, which is normal.

Is Sculptra safe?

Sculptra is FDA-approved in the US and has been used worldwide since 1999. It is made from poly-L-lactic acid, the same material used in dissolvable sutures. Because there are no human or animal components, no allergy testing is required. Common side effects include injection-site tenderness, redness, bruising, and small palpable lumps that typically resolve as the product integrates.

Why use ultrasound for injectables?

Ultrasound lets us see what is under the skin: blood vessels, muscle planes, and existing filler. We can map your anatomy before any new injection, locate and target old filler that needs dissolving, and manage vascular events with precision instead of guessing. This is the same standard of care emerging at academic aesthetic centers.

When would I need ultrasound-guided dissolving?

Common reasons include filler that has migrated outside its original placement, lip filler that has become 'shelf-like' or distorted, tear-trough filler that puffs or discolors, and product that has built up over years of repeat treatments. Ultrasound shows us exactly where to dissolve, so we keep what is supporting your face and remove what is not.

Do you treat complications from injections done elsewhere?

Yes. If you experienced a vascular event, a nodule, or persistent swelling from a filler treatment performed at another practice, we can assess with ultrasound and discuss correction. Bring any records or photos you have.

Yes, when administered by a trained clinician in a clinical setting using high-quality compounded ingredients. We review your history and goals before formulating any drip.

How does hormone therapy start?

Every hormone protocol (TRT or HRT) begins with baseline bloodwork and a comprehensive history. We treat based on labs and symptoms, then re-check labs to adjust as needed.
