For practices

Support for the room
next door.

Medical direction, complication management, and training for med spas across the Hudson Valley. Same standard Caitlin holds in her own studio, available to yours.

Ultrasound-guided assessment in progress

Why this exists

Med spas are opening faster
than the oversight is.

New York is tightening the rules around aesthetic practice, and rightly so. Injectables are medicine. They deserve a good faith exam, a real chart, current medication and screening history, and hyaluronidase within arm's reach before a syringe is ever uncapped.

Caitlin has been a nurse practitioner since 2010 and has spent more than six years on injectables specifically, with continuing education in ultrasound-guided injection, dissolving, and complication management. She practices independently, so the standard she brings to your practice is the standard she is already accountable for in her own.

If your practice needs oversight, a hand during a complication, or a team that knows what it is doing, that is a conversation worth having.

What is on offer

Three ways to work
together.

  • Oversight

    Medical direction

Ongoing clinical oversight for practices that need a nurse practitioner in the chart rather than in name only. Good faith exams that actually happen, documentation that holds up, protocols your team can follow, and someone reachable when a question cannot wait.

  • On call

    Complication support

Vascular occlusion is the call nobody wants to take. Caitlin comes to you with her ultrasound, locates the occlusion, and manages the correction. Same support for filler migration, nodules, and results that need dissolving rather than defending.

  • Training

    Shadowing and team training

Shadow a working day, or bring Caitlin in to train your injectors. Anatomy, product selection, ultrasound-guided technique, and how to recognize and manage a complication before it becomes an emergency.

Next step

Every practice is different.
So is every arrangement.

Scope, coverage, and cost depend on what your practice actually needs, so there is no menu here. Tell Caitlin what you are dealing with and she will tell you honestly whether she is the right fit.
