Payment

We accept American Express, MasterCard, Visa, and cash. There is a 4% surcharge on credit card transactions. Ask about current promotions and packages at the time of booking.

By appointment only

The studio is open by appointment only. We do not take walk-ins. Every visit is booked in advance so the time is genuinely yours. Book through Jane or call (845) 500-1344.

Cancellation and booking

We strive to provide the highest level of care and service to our clients. To keep the schedule workable for everyone, the following applies to every appointment type.

• Credit card on file. A valid credit card is required to secure your appointment. The information is kept confidential and is used only in accordance with this policy.
• 48 hours notice. Life is unpredictable, and we understand that. To accommodate every client effectively we require at least 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule.
• No-shows. If you do not arrive for a scheduled appointment without prior notice, a non-refundable fee of $75 is charged to the card on file.
• Late arrival. If you arrive more than 20 minutes late we may need to reschedule you to protect the schedule for other clients. The same non-refundable $75 fee applies.

Appointment timing

Each appointment is scheduled specifically for you. If you arrive late but inside the 20 minute window, your session may need to be shortened so the practitioner can stay on schedule for the patient who follows you. We appreciate the consideration.
