The ultrasound difference

We treat what we
can actually see.

Most injectors work from anatomy charts and feel. We work from your face. Ultrasound brings academic-center precision to a private studio in the Hudson Valley.

Four protocols
  1. 01

    Facial mapping

Before any new injection, we visualize the area in ultrasound. Vessels, muscle planes, and any existing filler are accounted for. This is what allows truly anatomy-led work, not pattern-led work.

  2. 02

    Ultrasound-assisted dissolving

Filler that has migrated, become 'shelf-like', clouded under the eyes, or built up over years can be located precisely with ultrasound and dissolved in a targeted way. We keep what supports your face. We remove what does not.

  3. 03

    Complication management

If a vascular event happens (from a treatment here or elsewhere), ultrasound is the standard of care for identifying it and resolving it. We accept correction and complication referrals.

  4. 04

    Masseter Botox under guidance

Masseter treatment requires the right depth in the right plane to slim the jaw safely and effectively. Guided placement is precise and reproducible across visits.

Why it matters

Anatomy is the difference between conservative and careless.

The vasculature in the face is variable. Standard injection landmarks describe a population, not an individual. Working without imaging means accepting a margin for error that the best clinical centers no longer accept.

Ultrasound is not a gimmick. It is what is standard in dermatology research, in vascular medicine, and increasingly in injectable practice. Bringing it to the Hudson Valley is the work.

Questions, answered

About ultrasound work.

  • Ultrasound lets us see what is under the skin: blood vessels, muscle planes, and existing filler. We can map your anatomy before any new injection, locate and target old filler that needs dissolving, and manage vascular events with precision instead of guessing. This is the same standard of care emerging at academic aesthetic centers.
